Our History

Northeast Valet was founded in 2016 by Derek Kerins. Since the launch of the business, Northeast Valet has provided parking and guest services at Restaurants, Hotels, Weddings and Receptions, Garages, and Private Events in the Greater Boston Area.

A Cape Cod native, Derek brings with him over 20 years of hospitality experience, specifically in operations, account management, and parking and guest services with distinguished names in the industry. Derek’s expertise comprises of budgeting and revenue control; establishing standard operating procedures; recruiting, hiring, and training; and managing the day-to- day activities to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Most notably, Derek specializes in hotel openings.

Derek worked with other major companies as the point person to open hotel accounts in New England.

Discouraged by the lack of transparency that often transpires, however, Derek draws from his expertise and superior knowledge of the business and market and established operations rooted on two main pillars:
